Questions about paying
- Do I have to pay to try it?
- No. Every writing tool gives you a free preview first, so you can judge the quality before spending anything.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Starter, Pro and the CV are all one-off payments. Nothing renews and you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy more.
- What does a credit do?
- One credit unlocks one full supporting statement or interview pack. Pro gives you five credits to use whenever you like.
- Can I get a refund?
- If something has gone wrong with your document, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right or refund you.
- Are you part of the NHS?
- No. Staff Portal is an independent service and isn't connected to the NHS, NHS Jobs or Trac.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
